A compassionate approach

I have a deep interest in exploring how we relate to ourselves and its profound impact on our well-being. Recently, my research has been centered around self-compassion within the context of psychotherapy. I am fascinated by the transformative power of self-compassion, which involves treating ourselves with kindness and understanding when facing life's challenges, just as we would with a close friend or family member. Through my research, I have delved into the many ways in which cultivating self-compassion can enhance the therapeutic process and contribute to lasting personal growth and healing. Drawing from these insights, I integrate self-compassion principles into my therapeutic approach, empowering my clients to develop a compassionate and nurturing relationship with themselves.
